Terms & Conditions

• Room price will be adjusted according to the number of people checking in. Please make sure to choose the exact number of people that will be checking in (including visitors).
• Once the reservation is confirmed, all changes or cancellation of the reservation will be arranged according to the cancellation policies and bad weather policies. Please pay attention to these policies.
• Guests must pay a deposit of HKD$500 upon checking in.
• Guest must be at least 18 years old to book and bring the ID card with you to check-in for a room.
• The standard guest number is 2, a double bed provided.
• $200 per extra bed one night, including bed linings. Rooms on G/F are not available for extra beds.
• Free for one guest who under 12(excluding extra bed linings and daily essentials). 
• Late check-out based on the supply status,  an extra 50% of the room price will be charged, if the check-out time extends to 2pm or after, an extra one-day house price will be charged after 6pm. 
• If any goods in the room are damaged or lost, the responsibility belongs to the customer and extra fee will be charged according to the policy. Please notify the staff of our hotel immediately if you discover any unfavourable situations.
• Please keep the noise down during your vacation, we reserve the rights for building a silence atmosphere in the hotel. 
• Smoking is not allowed. Smoking may activate the smoke detector. 
• Our business time is from 9am - 9pm, any requires of early check-in or late check-out please notify our staff for the special arrangement.

Cancellation Policy

Customers will need to follow the cancellation policies below.
$50 handling fee will be charged by Holimood to cancel or reschedule reservation.
If customers wish to cancel or reschedule their reservation, please inform us by email to [email protected].
If any dispute arises, Holimood reserves the final decision. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Reschedule booking
1 week prior to check-in date:
• Reschedule booking is allowed. Customers can only reschedule the date once.
Less than 1 week prior to check-in date:
• Reschedule booking is not allowed

Cancel booking
• Reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Bad Weather Policy

1) In the event of a Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 1/No.3 or yellow/red/black rainstorm warning being issued on the day of arrival, the reservation will remain effective as usual. 2) In the event of Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above being issued, the arrangement will be as follow: a) if the Observatory announces that the above signals will be hoisted within 2 hours, bookings will be rescheduled to another date of the same price. Guests must decide and confirm the date within 7 days. b) if the above signals are removed before 7am, all bookings will proceed as scheduled. c) if the Observatory announces that the above signals will be hoisted within 2 hours (applicable to guests who had already checked-in), the campsite will be closed. All guests will be asked to leave due to safety concerns. All paid fees are non-refundable. Applicable customers can request for a reschedule within 7 days. The rescheduled date must be within 60 days after the original booking. Customers who fail to confirm a reschedule date within 7 days will be considered as forfeiting their reschedule right. Should there be any dispute, Holimood will retain the right of final decision.
