- Orders are non-refundable and non-changeable after confirmation
- Activity area limited to Yang Chau; if exceeding the area, customers must arrange towing by boat at their own expense.
- Overdue rental: HKD 100 per person per 15 minutes.
- If equipment is damaged or lost, guests must compensate at list price: $100/kayak paddle, $200/SUP paddle.
- If within 2 hours before departure the Observatory issues T1 signal or yellow rainstorm warning or above, the activity can be rescheduled or refunded; please contact [email protected] by email
- If the Observatory issues thunderstorm warning and yellow rainstorm warning, it depends on the thunderstorm area and sea conditions. During the thunderstorm warning, if it does not affect the Sai Kung area, guests can decide to depart themselves. Guests who have already departed will not be rescheduled.
- If 2 hours before the booked time slot the Observatory issues T3 signal or above, the activity will be postponed, and the water center will immediately stop water activities
- After black or red rainstorm warning is cancelled, classes and activities will proceed as scheduled
- When the Observatory issues thunderstorm warning or yellow rainstorm warning, arrangements based on the day's situation; if lightning activity, suspend immediately.
- If rescheduling due to the above bad weather, notify in writing before departure with desired new date; must use within one month of original date, otherwise forfeit.
- The service provider will decide based on departure day's conditions if the activity is dangerous or suitable for water sports. If unsuitable, postpone and allow free rescheduling per bad weather terms. If no notification, proceed as scheduled.
