🛶Rental Terms
- Once the order is confirmed, no refunds or changes are allowed
- Activity area is limited to Yang Chau. If exceeding the activity area, customers must pay for towing by boat owners themselves.
- Overdue rental: HKD 100 per person every 15 minutes.
- If equipment is damaged or lost, guests must compensate at full price: $100/kayak paddle, $200/SUP paddle.
- If the Observatory issues T1 signal or yellow rainstorm warning or above 2 hours before departure, the activity can be rescheduled or refunded. Please contact via email [email protected]
- If thunderstorm warning and yellow rainstorm warning are issued, it will depend on the thunderstorm area and sea conditions. During the thunderstorm warning, if it does not affect the Sai Kung area, guests may decide to proceed themselves. Guests who have already departed will not be rescheduled.
- If T3 signal or above is hoisted 2 hours before the booked time, the activity will be postponed, and water activities will be immediately stopped by the water center.
- After black or red rainstorm warning signals are canceled, classes and activities will proceed as scheduled.
- If thunderstorm warning or yellow rainstorm warning is issued by the Observatory, arrangements will be made based on the day's conditions. Activities will be immediately suspended if there is lightning.
- If rescheduling is required due to the above adverse weather, written notice must be given before departure with the desired new date. Customers must use it within one month of the original date; failure to book will be considered forfeiture.
- The service provider will decide based on the conditions on the departure day whether the activity is dangerous or suitable for water activities. If conditions are unsuitable, the activity will be postponed, and bookings can be rescheduled for free. Rescheduling terms follow adverse weather arrangements. If no notification is received, the activity will proceed as scheduled.
