Terms and Conditions

**This unit accommodates a maximum of 8-10 people (including guests)
***Check-in time can only be delayed, early check-in not accepted; check-out time can only be early, late check-out service not accepted

• Once the booking is confirmed, all changes/cancellations will be handled according to the accommodation's cancellation policy and bad weather arrangements. Please read the cancellation policy and bad weather arrangements carefully first.
• Room rates vary based on the number of occupants. Please ensure to select the exact number of occupants (including guests) when booking.
• If the host discovers at check-in or after that the number of people exceeds the number stated in the order, entry will be refused, the order will be immediately cancelled, and no refund will be provided. Please note.
• A deposit of HK$200 is required upon check-in registration.
• Check-in procedures must be completed by 6:00 PM at the latest. If check-in after 6 PM is needed, please notify in advance for arrangements.
• The room does not provide free or paid late check-out.
• At least 2 people must check in together upon registration, otherwise entry will be refused, the order will be immediately cancelled, and no refund will be provided. Please note.
• The registrant must be at least 16 years old and bring ID for check-in procedures.
• Pets (cats, dogs, or any pets 15kg or below) are allowed, $200 per pet per day

Cancellation Policy

Change Booking
Check-in date cannot be changed

Cancel Booking
Three weeks before check-in time:
• 50% refund of room rent
Less than three weeks before check-in time:
• No refund of room rent

If the order is cancelled, Holimood will charge the guest a $50 handling fee. The order registrant must send an email to [email protected] or notify via WhatsApp or other written means during office hours on the specified date for arrangements.
In case of any disputes, Holimood reserves the final decision.

Bad Weather Arrangements

1) If Typhoon Signal No. 1, No. 3 or Amber/Red Rainstorm Warning is issued on the check-in day, and ferry/public transport services are operating as usual, the check-in arrangements for the relevant accommodation will proceed as normal.

2) If Typhoon Signal No. 8 Gale or Storm or Black Rainstorm Warning is issued on the check-in day, the following arrangements will be made:

a. If the signal is still hoisted after the earliest check-in time, the accommodation will be rescheduled to an equivalent value check-in date, but the new date must be confirmed within 7 days.

b. If the signal has been lowered before the earliest afternoon check-in time, the accommodation arrangements will proceed as normal.

In case of any disputes, Holimood reserves the final decision.

$50 handling fee will be charged by Holimood to cancel the reservation.
