- No refunds or changes after order confirmation
- If the Observatory issues T1 signal or Yellow rainstorm warning or above 2 hours before departure, the activity can be rescheduled or refunded. Please contact via email [email protected]
- If rescheduling due to the above bad weather, must notify in writing before departure with preferred new date. Must use within one month of original date, otherwise forfeited.
- The service provider will decide based on conditions on the day if the activity is dangerous or suitable for water activities. If unsuitable, activity will be postponed, booking can be rescheduled for free under bad weather terms. If no notification received, activity proceeds as scheduled.
