🛶Rental Notes

• Orders are non-refundable and non-changeable after confirmation
• If within 2 hours before departure the Observatory issues a thunderstorm warning, No. 1 signal, or yellow rainstorm warning or above, the activity can be rescheduled or refunded. Please contact via email [email protected]
• If booking needs to be changed due to the above bad weather, notify in writing before departure and provide the desired new date. Customer must use within one month of the original date; overdue without reservation will be forfeited.
• The service provider will decide based on the departure day's conditions whether the activity poses risks and is suitable for water activities. If unsuitable, the activity will be postponed, and bookings can be rescheduled for free. Rescheduling terms follow bad weather arrangements. If no notice is received, the activity proceeds as scheduled.
