Terms and Conditions

• Pets are not allowed to enter the campsite.
• Cooking is not allowed inside the campervan.
• No cancellation, refund, or changes to booking dates and service details are allowed.
• If the Observatory forecasts one to two days before check-in that a Rainstorm Warning Signal, Strong Wind Signal, or Gale or Storm Signal is expected to be hoisted, the booking may be rescheduled (please contact campsite staff). The campsite will handle each case at its discretion; rescheduling is permitted but no refund will be given.
  
• If the customer meets the above conditions and confirms that the service experience date needs to be changed or cancelled, the order registrant must notify the campsite staff in writing via WhatsApp during office hours on the specified date to make arrangements.
• In case of any dispute, Holimood reserves the right of final decision.

How to Use

• You must present the Holimood confirmation email when participating in the activity.
• The order is only valid for the confirmed booking date and time; it will expire thereafter.
• No refund will be given to no-shows.
• As the campsite is located in the rural areas of the New Territories, guests are advised to bring their own personal medication. For public and personal safety, guests are strictly prohibited from smoking, eating durian, cooking food, and lighting mosquito coils inside the rooms. If any violation is found, the full deposit will be forfeited to cover repair costs, additional compensation may be required, and the guest's eligibility to rent in future will be cancelled. 
• The campsite environment is managed with a natural ecological approach, with rustic countryside character (field smells) and rural customs (firecrackers are set off during festivals). The presence of snakes, insects, rodents, ants, and cats and dogs is unavoidable. Guests are advised to bring their own mosquito repellent, mosquito patches, etc. Please consider carefully if you are very particular about this.
