  • The hotel lobby provides free wifi. In-room internet access will be charged additionally. 
  • Children under 12 who share a room with parents will not be charged additionally. A room can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child under the age of 12. 
  • Mountain view/ sea view rooms come with a double bed. Additional beds will require an extra charge.
  • The standard occupancy is 2 people. The maximum occupancy is 3 people.

Bad Weather Policy

1) In the event of a Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 1/No.3 or yellow/red/black rainstorm warning being issued on the day of arrival, the reservation will remain effective as usual.

2) In the event of a Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above being hoisted, being issued on the day of arrival, the following arrangement would be made:

a. If the signal is still hoisting after 3:00 pm, the reservation can be changed to another check-in date of the same value. Guests must inform Holimood of the reservation change within 7 days.

b. If the signal is removed by 3:00 pm, the reservation will remain effective as usual.

Should there be any dispute, Holimood will retain the right of final decision.
