Terms and Conditions 

Accommodation:

• Campers must arrive and leave the camp at the specified time. If you need to enter the camp late or leave the camp early, you must notify the staff of the camp in advance.  
• Campers are not allowed to entertain outsiders. Visitors must obtain the permission of camp staff before entering and staying in the camp. 
• After 10：00 pm, all campers must keep quiet to avoid harassing others.  
• Campers need to bring all their own camping equipment. The camp fee does not include camping equipment rental.  
• Campers should bring their own personal cleaning and hygiene supplies.

Facilities and equipment：

• Please take good care of public property. If the facilities and equipment used by campers are lost or damaged, they shall be compensated according to the price. 
• The camp must be kept clean and the garbage needs to be classified.  
• Please take care of the environment, do not cut down and pick flowers and trees, and do not make a fire on the grass.  
• The toilet must be kept clean. Do not leave kitchen waste in the toilet.  
• Do not move the furniture / equipment in the camp without permission.
• Without permission, it is not allowed to use the public power supply of the camp or take water for activities / games without permission.

Injuries, accidents and losses:

• In case of any accident, please immediately notify the camp staff to assist in handling. 
• The camp is equipped with simple first-aid supplies. Campers can consult the camp staff if necessary. 
• Campers are responsible for taking care of their own safety and the safety of their companions. The camp will also take all safety measures to ensure the safety of campers. In case of any accident, the campers shall bear all the risks and responsibilities of the accident. The campers have no right to claim compensation or recover responsibility from Holimood / Nomad Terrace / any relevant staff for their own accidents, deaths or losses in any form caused in the camp.

Other Rules:

• Campers please take good care of the children and the safety of the elderly. 
• Campers please take care of fellow pets, take care of their own pet defecation and keep the camp clean. 
• Within the camp area, campers should exercise self-discipline, dress neatly and do not be naked. 
• Do not enter the office area, storeroom and kitchen without authorization. 
• No video recording or interview activities shall be carried out without permission. 
• Smoking, gambling, drunkenness or any violation of the laws of Hong Kong are strictly prohibited in the camp. 
• If there is a violation of the rules of the camp or other illegal or deviant acts, the camp staff shall have the right to terminate the camp period at any time and the fees paid shall not be refunded. 
• Campers are required to take care of their personal belongings and shall be held responsible for any loss. 
• In the event of accidents or typhoons during the camp period, the camp staff have the absolute right to decide on all matters and have no objection.
• If any professional shooting or video recording (without prior application) found, Nomad reserve the right to immediately terminate the activity and right to take legal actions, the collected payment will not be returned.

Cancellation Policy 

Change of Booking 

7 days before the selected experience date：

• Charge a rescheduling fee of $300（per order）

（Guests are not allowed to choose aother glamping tent / camping area when changing their reservation）

Less than 7 days from the selected experience date：

• Booking date cannot be changed 

Cancel Booking

• 50% refund for cancellation at least 7 working days before the selected experience date
  （including booking fees and additional service charges）
• No refund for cancellation within 0-6 days of the selected experience date

（including booking fees and additional service charges）

If the customer meets the above conditions and determines that it is necessary to change or cancel the service experience date, the order registrant must notify holimood in writing by email / WhatsApp during office hours on the specified date for arrangement. When the customer is approved to change or cancel, all changes will be subject to email, and those with overdue notice will be deemed to leave as scheduled. 

Holimood reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.

Bad Weather Arrangement 

1）If Typhoon Signal No. 1 or yellow rainstorm signal is sent on the day of entering the camp, the entering arrangement of relevant camps will be carried out as usual. 

2）If Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above, red rain and black rainstorm warning are issued on the day of entering the camp, all activities will be canceled. Customers can arrange to change to another date of equal value within 90 days or arrange a refund（50% of the rent will be deducted as the handling fee),  but they must reply to the changed check-in date within 7 days. 

Holimood reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
