Can I change/cancel my booking online?

For all changes in the booking, holimood would charge the guest $50 (including changing date and cancellation) and follow the cancellation adopted by the accommodation owners. If you wish to make changes on your booking, please contact us at [email protected]

Level 1

Changes on Booking

Booking is only eligible for change 3 days prior to the designated date of arrival. Changes are not allowed with less than 3 days notice.

Cancellation

Cancellation request made 1 week prior to designated date of arrival:
-80% of the total payment will be refunded.
Cancellation request made 3 days prior to designated date of arrival:
-50% of the total payment will be refunded.
Cancellation request received with less than 3 days notice:
-Payment is non-refundable
